I am Samantha Haythorne, a fashion graduate originally from Sheffield.
I studied a BA Hons in Fashion at Leeds college of art and I have recently finished a PGD in creative pattern cutting which I hoping to complete into a masters next summer. My main creative love is pattern cutting, its my heart and soul.
This blog will just be a little something to document my life and the development of my skills as a designer and pattern cutter, nothing too structured, just an account day-by-day of the little things I get up to. Expect film, TV and beauty reviews as well as the upcoming birth of my capsule collection. I will let you follow all my processes from research through to the finished product. Expect a lot of it to be on the patterns and construction!!
I am mainly creating this blog to 'put myself out there' and hopefully someone will pick up on my passion and flair. Enjoy the road ahead with me and hopefully you'll want a little piece of me in your wardrobe!
